Who We Are

Sustainable Futures Tanzania (SFT) is a youth-led non-governmental organization based in Tanzania, established in 2022 and officially registered in July 2025. 

The organization's primary focus groups are children, women, and youth, and its work centers on promoting quality education, supporting early childhood growth and development, prmoting good health, and overall well being particularly sexual and mental well-being, and climate and environmental action. SFT is also committed to empowering young people and other vulnerable groups economically and socially, enabling them to become active leaders and agents of change in their communities.

We use participatory and community-driven approaches such as sports-based engagement, digital spaces, school campaigns, door-to-door outreach, and public meetings to reach people where they are.

We work closely with communities, schools, local leaders, and partners to ensure lasting impact and locally driven solutions.
